Office Policies

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Office hours are by appointment only. We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and are also available Mondays and Fridays from 9:00am to 4:00pm for emergencies and as needed. We try to stay on schedule and would appreciate your cooperation by calling our office 48 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment. We will make every effort to adhere to the timing of your scheduled appointment. However, we ask that you please be patient if the office does run late due to an emergency, and feel assured that if you ever need an emergency appointment yourself, we will always be here for you.

As a courtesy to our patients, we do accept payment of benefits from most insurance companies. However, we do ask that you notify us of your insurance company so that we can verify if we accept your carrier. Please bring along your dental insurance card that your employer may have given you, so that we may properly assist you with this and future insurance claims. Any balance not paid by insurance is the responsibility of the patient, and is due immediately. Your first visit is payable in full at the time of service. An attending doctor’s statement will be given to you, so that you can send it for reimbursement.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

We treat many emergencies daily to serve the patients who are in urgent need of dental services. If you encounter an emergency during our work hours, call our receptionist so that she may schedule you and have the office prepared for your arrival. If you encounter an emergency after hours, call our office and our voicemail will instruct you on how to page the doctor on call.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

If you have any questions about our office policies, please call our office during business hours at (617) 423-6777.
